FORMAT

Double elimination with BO1. Finals BO3. Check challengermode for more detailed info and picture on the bracket.

FLEX

You can also join the tournament alone or with incomplete teams but it is recommended that you join as a full team. It is recommended that you use other platforms to build your team first and then join as a full team. You can find other players in "build-your-team" on Discord and Telegram. We will prioritize full teams over unpaired flex players in case over 32 teams sign up. We will pair flex teams on 1.11 and 8.11 or latest at the signup deadline.

Alternatively and recommended, if you want to build your own team, you can scout players on AG Discord #buildyourteam channel.

SCHEDULE

The tournament will be played during two days, Friday 19.11. and Saturday 20.11. First 6 rounds will be played on Friday, with a 30 minute break after 3 rounds. The last 3 rounds and grand finals will be played on Saturday 20.11 with a 30 minute break before finals.

RULES

We follow the official rules of the Finnish Esports Federation (Suomen elektronisen urheilun liitto – SEUL) for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with the exceptions listed below. The rules can be found here.

DUE TO UNKNOWN ERROR IN CHALLENGERMODE, ON KNIFE ROUNDS PLAYERS HAVE PISTOLS. USING PISTOLS ON KNIFE ROUNDS CAN RESULT IN INSTANT LOSS

EXCEPTIONS:

• 1.2 Team size: 5 actual players, one non-mandatory stand-in and a non-mandatory coach.
• 1.3 A team may change at maximum one (1) of its actual player for its pre-selected stand-in.
• 1.3.2 Coaches are not allowed on the game server. A coach may speak to the players in VoIP at any time before, during and after a round.
• 2. Game rules are determined by Challengermode (biggest changes are the following two)
• 2.6.4 Overtime start money: $10 000.
• 2.7.1 In Best-of-3 format, the starting sides are decided by a knife round in every map.
• 4.3 A tactical pause may be used by both teams two times in a match, once each half. A tactical pause lasts 60 seconds. This is done with the command /pause.
